This hotel offers great value for money. With reasonable rates and clean, comfortable rooms, it's a budget-friendly option for travelers. Located next to Nakasu-Kawabata subway station, it's convenient for exploring the city. Plus, there are plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from.
Nothing to complain about, everything was satisfactory.

Modern facility, clean.
Very limited service. Small space. Also need to pay in advance (rather than book by credit card), which is kind of strange arrangement. Also not flexible in changing accommodation date. A hotel not recommended.

The hotel is centrally located in downtown Fukuoka, only a 2-minute walk from the subway station. The staff is friendly and speaks fluent English. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. They offer complimentary welcome coffee and pastries, as well as a variety of amenities at the front desk. The hotel has improved since my last stay and I would stay again.
Everything is what I need and want.

Good location, clean and nice room for a good price!
It was too hot in the room (24°) and impossible to decrease the temperature with the air conditionner!

This hotel is perfect for a visit to Fukuoka. It offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the Nakasu-Kawabata subway station and surrounded by numerous restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful, despite language limitations. Basic amenities are provided, including rooms with a king-size bed and a delicious breakfast included.
Room size could be improved, but overall everything was ok.

Breakfast was decent (limited variety) and staff were friendly, though not very conversant in English.
"Small" does not begin to describe the tiny confines of our room. The only place to put the luggage was against the door to the hallway, and even then it partially blocked access to the bathroom! The bed in a double room will not fit a couple who are both 6' tall.

Location was good - close to subway, restaurants, etc.
The room was TINY, even by Japanese standards. There was not enough room to push the chair back and sit at the desk. Also, the internet connection was abominably slow - impossibly to get any work done. Plus the desk was so overladen with advertising materials and other junk that there was barely a place to put a (small) laptop computer.

The hotel's location next to Nakasu-Kawabata subway station was incredibly convenient. With many restaurants nearby, we had a wide variety of dining options right at our doorstep. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist us with any requests we had. The basic amenities provided, such as the mini fridge and TV, were a nice touch and added to our overall comfort during our stay.
Nothing noteworthy to mention, everything was satisfactory.

The location is great: 9 minutes by subway to the airport. And it is in the middle of the city. Cleanliness was slightly impaired but still pretty clean! The room is very small which was to be expected. But a traveller with two bags could still stay there with comfort for less than a week. I will stay there again.

The hotel's location was perfect – right on the underground shopping center. It was also very close to the subway station and right to Canal City. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities and cleanliness were top-notch. The breakfast offered a great mix of Japanese and western options.
For us it was ideal.

This hotel is in a great location and is affordable. the subway is very close, making it easy to get around the city. the room was small but clean and comfortable with everything we needed, including a fridge and tea/coffee supplies. We appreciated the reliable LAN connection for our devices.
The room size was a bit cramped, which may be a challenge if you have a lot of luggage. the lack of free Wi-Fi in the room was disappointing.
